May 23, 1961 - Ed "Punky" Booth scores 4 goals and adds 4 assists in a 12-0 shutout of Plainview
May 26, 1961 - The 12-2 Trojans trounce Floral Park, 14-2, as Ralph Bankes records 5 goals and 3 assists.



1960
May 20, 1960, Bruce Bauer ties the record with 8 goals in the 20-0 win over Whitman.
June 4, 1960, Future All-American Jim Lewis leads Uniondale to 5-2 victory in the final Metropolitan Long Island League Championship game. In its final season, the league names its two divisions in honor of its pioneers, Jim Steen of Garden City and Jason Stranahan of Manhasset.



1959
- Jim Glimm, Bruce Bauer, John Martin and Jim Griffith lead Trojans to a 14-2 win over Hempstead. GC finishes 8-3 and begins a winning tradition that will see only three losing seasons in the next half century.


1958
April 30, 1958 - GC edges Massapequa, 7-6, as Dick Whitfield scores 3 goals.


1957
April 30, 1957, Dick Whitfield scores 4 goals in the 12-3 win over Huntington.


1956
May 26, 1956 - Two-time team MVP Bob Swanson leads Trojans' 14-3 win over Huntington. It is Garden City's first game against a Suffolk team.

1954
May 13, 1954 - Trojans top Poly Prep, 6-1, behind John Heins' 4 goals.
May 15, 1954 - Bruce Kennedy's 4 goals pace GC over Peekskill Military Academy, 9-2.



1953
May 29, 1953 - GC clinches the Metropolitan-L.I. League Gold Division with a 2-1 triumph over Mineola. Bernie Haebe and Ray Polley are voted M.V.P.'s.


1952
May 26, 1952, - Manhasset beats the Trojans, 11-4, behind the play of future N. F. L. great Jim Brown.
April 26, 1952, - Tom Paisley and Art Helmus star in a 5-1 win over Peekskill Military Academy.
